Don’t you just hate people who can’t talk about anything but one thing? I’ve run a few forums in past, and all I used to get was “so whats new with <*insert whatever forum they're a member of*>?” It’s like, is there not anything else we can discuss?! I try any be friends with everyone, so sometimes it would be nice to just chat…

Ok, so I can be bad about this, and there’s certain people on my list (who shall remain anonymous!) who are just there for when I need to know something, but that’s not for want of trying to have a converstion with them… Some people are impossible to talk to, and nothing you say gets a response that you can reply to.

Then you get the people who know nothing about you, who sit making snide remarks about what you have or haven’t done, and you just feel like telling them (since they come in the “refusing to have a proper conversation”) that they should actually learn something about the person they’re talking to before jumping to conclusions! *sigh*
