I’ve been trying to avoid all of the World Cup, and I was doing great until last night…
There I was, on my laptop with the TV on in the background because I’d been watching something, when suddenly I realised there was some kind of commentary going on.

Up I look, and there it is, the World Cup. I scream, change channel, and the usual football free service resumes as usual.

That is, until I’m not paying attention, and the above happens again! I flick through millions of channels (all showing some match or another) until I find one that’s ok. But then it soon turns into football again…

This happened all night, so the TV is now switched off and will stay that way until I know something I know I want to watch is on.
