Can people seriously not take a joke?! Do I really come across as being someone who’d be really cruel just for the fun of it? I am still pissed off at TheBlasphemer because quite frankly, he treated me like shit, after I did so much for him, and it did hurt me, as I thought we were good friends.
But, I’m not talking about that.

Last night I was talking to the previous owner of techthisout.
I shall give a brief summary to bring those of you who haven’t read the archives up to speed on what happened.

I bought techthisout for a sum of money. At first, I offered an amount (that quite honestly, I knew he wouldn’t accept), and he said no, he thought it was worth more, so I told him to give me an offer of how much he thought it was worth. I checked my bank, and said fair enough, I’ll pay you that much for it, so we swapped money and domain and everybody was happy.

As I considered him to still be a friend, I was discussing options for it, like putting google ads or whatever on the site to make a little profit to put towards hosting the site. While I do get free hosting, it doesn’t mean it is actually free! My fiancé rents the server, and hosts my stuff, but won’t let me contribute to the cost. With money I make from the site, I could buy him something to thank him for all the times he’s spent HOURS (and I’m not joking…) sorting out my various sites when they’ve screwed up beyond recognition, uploading backups, manually doing all this stuff I couldn’t do in a million years, and just generally helping out. (So much for a brief explanation!) Without him, I can safely say, Pure-Anarchy would just be a blank page, techthisout, well, all the blog posts there would have vanished, and here… well… infact, none of my sites would even be able to be seen by anyone, they’d just never have existed.

Anyways, back to what I was saying about techthisout, I noticed that, after deleting all the links in the “Links” bit that didn’t have a link back to me, one of the sites that originally did, no longer had a link to me. So I tried to contact the owner of that site to sort it out.

Now, the old owner of techthisout had told them I was planning to make money out of their link, so I informed him that those links were nothing to do with anything, that was a link exchange purely to get people onto techthousout to read the posts. If no-ones reading the posts, theres just no point to it…
Anyways, in an effort to rectify the situation, he was contacting this guy to see if he was gonna put the link back.

Now comes the bit you’ve all been waiting for…
I have a laugh right? Life would be boring for me if I didn’t sit sniggering behind my laptop and cause Jamie to give me funny looks. So in an effort to have a laugh, (and I can’t emphasise this ENOUGH) I SAID AS A JOKE TO JESSE (the old owner of techthis out), and I quote:

Obviously I’ve added bits in to make it clearer.
Now, he told that other person exactly what I said (and told them that was what I was actually going to do if he didn’t put the link back), and they emailed me, and think I’m some kind of monster!
*Cries*
Do you ever get the feeling you just can’t win?! Maybe I should stop joking so much, but then I wouldn’t be me, and what fun would that be?!
Any feedback on the situation would be appreciated, but I shall kill anyone who’s mean about me (I’M JOKING! I WON’T KILL YOU! IT’S A JOKEEEE!!!!!!!!)
